Estero Bayside
Estero Bayside, a Fort Myers Beach community of 45 condominium units in two upscale mid-rise condominium buildings across the street from the widest beach on Estero Island.

Each Estero Bayside building consist of five stories over a gated under-building parking level. Building I consist of five units per floor. Building II has four units per floor for a total of 20 homes.

The site for the community, on Island Pines Way on the southern end of the island, is surrounded by a mangrove preserve on three sides and overlooks a tidal lake. Interior features include 9-foot, 4-inch ceilings on residential floors one through four, increasing to 10 feet on the top floor. All homes are pre-wired for telephone and cable television outlets.

Community amenities include an 1,850-square foot clubhouse, a 377-square foot covered lanai, summer kitchen with barbecue grills, a heated community-size pool and hydrotherapy spa surrounded by a furnished sun deck. The clubhouse offers a furnished club room, an exercise room equipped with fitness equipment, a storage area and lavatories. Residents of Estero Bayside also have access to tennis courts.

According to the Area Wide Multiple Listing Service database, during the period between Dec 2007 and Dec 2008, 2 properties in Estero Bayside sold at $675,000 and $430,000.
